Fastest Way to Get Support
The fastest way to get support is to either;
1. Fill out a support request https://www.rycom.com.au/client-access/mhre_admin/job-request/
2. Email firstname.lastname@example.org
3. Call the Main Office line on 9472 6099. If the call is not answered then leave a message with your name, best contact number and what you need done. This message will then be email to all staff and the first available will respond.
The more accurate the message the quicker the response will be with most issue taken care of before we get a chance to call you back. If you don’t leave a message, or you just say “call me back” we will deprioritise your call.
Do not call or text our mobiles (unless instructed to), we could be away on holiday, sick or on an uninterruptible job and it could result in you not getting a return call for days, always call or email the office.
