Warranty

All products supplied by Rycom come with manufacturers warranty. Should you have a faulty product we will assist you in getting the item repaired by the manufacturer.

For warranty claims, please start by emailing to admin@rycom.com.au the item, make & model, serial number and a description of the fault.

Like all data network and especially wireless equipment, these products are highly sensitive to fluctuations in power and outdoor electrical activity from power lines and lightning etc. Equipment that has failed due to causes other than a fault in the manufacture or pre-assembly is not included in the standard warranty.
